In your search line you can type Kenmore wshear and the model number and follow where it leads. You will find postings with complaints this way. Most internet sites that sell appliances will also show how others have rated their purchase. I was recently looking at Consumer Reports for appliances the range they listed as a best buy had 2 complaints about the knobs melting. Both complaints were Owner Error according to the manufacturer and the people had to pay the repair bill. Knowing others are having the same problem may make you feel better but if you could post a review of your own it would be helpful for those looking to purchase the same model.
